I am a non-binary therapist who aims to create a comfortable and safe space for the client to speak whatever is on their mind. I have experience working with those in the LGBTQIA+ community as well as first-generation college students. I work with clients suffering from depression, anxiety, gender dysphoria, and life transitions.
I work within a Psychodymanic framework while adapting to the client's needs. I tend to leave my sessions very open where you actually get to guide the session and take me where you want to go. Having a space where you can just be your authentic self without anyone in the room judging you can be liberating, and that is the type of therapy I want to create.
Everyone deserves a sense of belonging. My ultimate goal is to really get to know and understand who you are, where you are coming from, and where you want to go.
