I’m a racial identity and anxiety therapist. I help clients overcome their limiting beliefs and embrace their multiple identities. My practice is informed by my healing and firsthand experience living as a mixed-race person. My clients are those who have a complex relationship with identity, never feel good enough, and feel kicked in the face by their own standards. I feel passionate about helping mixed-race women and anxious perfectionists turn inward and learn to tolerate discomfort and embrace life that is less than perfect.

I love working with mixed/ multirace individuals, adult children of immigrants, people pleasers, and anxious perfectionists. As a mixed-race person, I understand how nuanced and complicated being a person of multiple worlds can be. I will teach you how to listen to your inner experience, feel calm in your body, and identify your needs.

I work from an Emotion Focus Therapy lens which prioritizes our vulnerable emotions and protective behaviors. I value authenticity, compassion, and humor.
