I support adolescents, young adults, and adults of all abilities struggling with symptoms of ADHD, Autism, Anxiety, and/or other difficulties (depression, trauma, specific phobias) navigate a variety of life's transitions. My approach guides clients in creating a mind-body connection to understand how their thoughts and physical symptoms influence their relationship with both themselves and the world around them.

Each client receives a tailored treatment plan utilizing a personalized and holistic approach that addresses their specific needs and goals. I aim to support every client’s therapeutic journey by emphasizing mindfulness, grounding techniques, cognitive and somatic practices.

My work is guided by several evidence-based practices, including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and MultiSystemic Therapy, among others. Don't hesitate to give me a call to talk more!
