Hi I'm Michael - I'm a therapist specializing in depression, anxiety, childhood trauma, and stress. I know what it’s like to feel stuck, depressed, anxious, traumatized, faulty, or hopeless without any sense of why. I know what it’s like to long for connection and feel deeply alone. I also know first-hand that healing and connection are possible and that therapy can help.

Together we'll go beyond talk therapy, including thoughts, emotions, and body sensations. Using techniques from Internal Family Systems, mindfulness, and somatic therapy, we learn to release stuck emotions and trauma. I also empower you with tools like meditation, mindfulness, and CBT to improve your mental health in your daily life.
