I am a Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional (CCATP), Mental Health + Nutrition Specialist (CMHNS), and I specialize in creating a warm, accepting, and healing space for adults navigating anxiety, self-esteem/ body-image concerns, relationships, adhd, and grief. This is a space where we honor the past and focus on helping you create a future you're thriving in. A space where you're encouraged to be unapologetically yourself and explore what exactly that means.

I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), self-compassion, neuroscience and a solution-focus to help clients better understand their thoughts and emotions, gain helpful tools to continue growth outside of sessions, and increase kindness towards themselves. I'm a big believer that in order to take back control of our symptoms, we need to understand why they are happening. CBT is a great approach for better understanding our thought patterns and how our history impacts us, however we can only intellectualize so much before we need to learn how to be comfortable in our body, how to feel, and respond vs. react- so I incorporate many other tools to help!
