Life's shadows and waves come in many different forms. You might try to run, fight, avoid, or make it make sense to find relief and stability. You want to feel worthy and secure in your mind and body from the inside out.
As a trauma therapist, I offer an approach to deep healing when cognitive awareness is not enough. I believe healing is processing the disturbance of the past within a safe, contained space and with the resources and insight of your wise, adult self. I will guide you as a trusted support and co-regulator to more presence, peace, and possibility.
My practice is holistic, integrative, and culturally sensitive. Together, we will develop a therapeutic framework that aligns with your unique needs and values.
