My goal is to help you unpack what you have been taught to believe, and integrate it with who you are as an individual, and how you want to live your life. We will work together to help you see new perspectives about yourself and your circumstances, and bring the unconscious beliefs that are holding you back to light, in order to enable you to live more freely and authentically.
I specialize in working with members of the LGBTQ+ community, and other folx who want to get to know themselves better, improve relationships with self and others, and find more meaning in life. I have a gentle and loving approach, while also knowing when to challenge you or call you out on your blind spots.
I want to support you in your journey of self discovery and healing by using not only the things I learned in school, but also by showing up authentically with compassion, empathy, understanding, and acceptance, and developing an honest and secure therapeutic relationship, so that you can recognize the patterns and beliefs that are no longer serving you.
