Meditation sound boring or feel impossible to you? Then, it's time to try something different! Meditation can be a fun guided adventure and a calming sip of tea. Come join me as I guide participants through 3-5 types of simple meditations no more than 1-15 minutes in length. Meditations will be different each session! We will do a brief meditation followed by reflection time and repeat. This casual group meets in-person on Sundays at 11 AM and online Mondays at 10 AM.
