I will help you learn new ways to cope with your emotions while working to address the deep stuff that is making life feel so hard sometimes.

And together, we can challenge those doubts and fears getting in your way and heal your trauma so you can live you life how you want to. I build a space where you are safe to laugh, cry, grow, and heal!

I believe that building a trusting and safe relationship with you is an essential part of the therapy process. I use an attachment lens and various modalities like somatic experiencing, DBT, EMDR and parts work to help adults or couples with issues of trauma, anxiety, or relationship conflicts.

It has tools to help you communicate your wants and needs, tolerate big emotions, reduce your anxiety, and stay more grounded and present. DBT has four modules, Mindfulness, Interpersonal Effectiveness, Distress Tolerance, and Emotional Regulation. DBT is great for anyone looking to gain skills that will help them in just about any area of life! Our group meets weekly. Each week you will learn a new skill, review your homework, and get homework for the next week.
