As a perinatal mental health specialist, my focus is supporting women during pregnancy & following childbirth. If you are struggling or just not feeling like yourself after becoming a mom, get in touch. We can help you determine if what you are experiencing involves a Perinatal Mood/Anxiety Disorder and can help point you in the right direction of feeling like yourself again.

I run a group practice, Be Well-Wellness, located within Be Hive Wellness, a holistic space providing resources for young families. I love helping moms on their journey to becoming healthier and happier, and to establishing more rewarding patterns & relationships. I also specialize in helping individuals heal from distressing or traumatic birth experiences.

I offer assessments, individual therapy, EMDR, and supervision for Residents in Counseling. I also run groups and offer courses to help new moms thrive (rather than just survive) in the transition to motherhood.
