As a Licensed Professional Counselor with over years experience in the mental health field, I thoroughly enjoy my role in helping others to reach their goals. I have worked with individuals, families, and groups in both inpatient and outpatient settings within the DC Metro area. Specifically, I have experience with adults, adolescents, and children presenting with a variety of concerns and needs. I have also had the privilege of serving individuals with intellectual disabilities and developmental delays in both private, in-home, and educational settings.
Although I work from an eclectic theoretical framework, I have a strong cognitive-behavioral and client-centered background.
I specialize in providing therapy to individuals and groups with a broad spectrum of issues, from relationship problems to dual and triple diagnoses.
I enjoy working with people of all races and ethnicities and continue learning from my clients on a day to day basis.
