I'm Mariola, I am glad you are here. I am looking forward to starting this healing journey with you. My practice is a virtual private practice working with clients residing anywhere in California with few in-person availabilities in Temecula. I work with people who face symptoms of anxiety and depression, have life transitions, stress management concerns and addictions. In my practice, I use CBT/DBT, solution focused brief therapy as well as Positive Psychology and Mindfulness. I am client-centered and emphasize unconditional positive regard. I help clients develop effective coping skills and help to identify individual strengths.

I create an environment that is peaceful and relaxing, where you can feel comfortable to share and be supported. I can support you by actively listening and showing you empathy. Encourage you to express your feelings and thoughts openly to ease symptoms. Provide you with a safe and nonjudgmental space which can make a big impact on your wellbeing.

I am a mother of two girls and have been in a miliary family for over 20 years. In my current practice, I often help those who reach out for help dealing with stress, anxiety, depression or are going through a life transition, as well as those who would like to learn new coping skills and optimize their daily lives and be their best selves.
