Therapy is a gateway to discovering our inner world and once we begin to draw our attention inward, we can learn to RESPOND instead of REACT to life’s challenges. I am a proud social worker with over 6 years of combined experience in community case management and outpatient counseling. I have dedicated my career to providing support and care to others, ensuring they feel seen, safe, and heard during challenging circumstances.

I have been trained in several evidenced based treatments including Functional Family Therapy, Seeking Safety, Relapse Prevention, Circle of Security Parenting, Adolescent Community Reinforcement Approach (A-CRA) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I also enjoy integrating mindfulness approaches.

We all grow, learn, and heal within relationships.
