We all have different life experiences and perspectives. Sometimes, our unique challenges are difficult to talk about with the people closest to us. "Why can't I figure this out myself? How does therapy even work?" We get confused and overwhelmed. Sometimes, we fear being criticized, unaccepted, or unsupported. I am not here to judge, I am here to support you. My goal is to promote a safe environment that enhances peace and overall wellness. We can openly explore personal values, fears, etc. I will strive to guide you in healing wounds from the past or present; and empower you to prioritize authenticity in your life choices.
I am humbled by the bravery of anyone willing to explore counseling. We will work together to create a therapeutic alliance/relationship built on trust. I utilize a person-centered approach to facilitate meaningful life changes and healthy emotional well-being. I believe all people have the capacity to hold onto hope amidst any challenge.
In my spare time, I enjoy anything to do with plants, evenings at the beach, traveling, sports, and yoga. I prioritize hiking trips with my dog and exploring nature. Regardless of where you are headed, I sincerely wish you the best on on your healing journey!
