I welcome individuals and couples who are struggling with sex/intimacy, anxiety, trauma, and identity. Navigating life's challenges can often feel isolating. If you've ever felt hesitant or unsure about discussing topics that many consider unconventional or taboo, know that you've found a welcoming space here. We could also work on processing traumas and anxiety, and building your coping toolbox. I'm also a strong advocate (and part of) the LGBTQIA+ community, poly aware, and kink/BDSM aware. I'm continuously updating my knowledge to stay informed of the latest insights, ensuring that I offer relevant and evidence-based approaches.
I use cognitive behavioral and person-centered methods so that you can see progress and results. For trauma work, I am trained in prolonged exposure (PE) and Written Exposure Therapy (WET). For those struggling with anxiety, I utilize mindfulness and cognitive interventions. Sexual-related difficulties vary by person and their goals.

This group is a nonjudgmental space to ask questions, get resources, and learn how to promote a safe and positive mindset about sex. It is open to parents with questions about discussing sex and related topics with their children, pre-teens, or teens. Cost is between $35 (plus $5 with your partner). The group is virtual and occurs on the 2nd Tuesday of every month at 8:15pm. You can come once, or multiple times based on your needs. You must be in Virginia to attend.
