Women's or Men's Self-Esteem and Relationships
A ten week class for adult women or men. The women's class -Beyond the Looking Glass is offered on Wednesday evenings and the men's class - Quest- is offered on Monday evenings. The classes cover the basic concepts of healthy self-esteem and take a mindfulness approach to building and maintaining shared power in relationships at work, with family or with a partner. Cost is $330 & advanced registration is required. There is a mandatory book and study guide which is included in the fee. Each class is offered four times a year. This 10 week class is based on the book by the same title and the ten week program is offered four times a year. The third part of the program is Movin' On and it is social networking group for graduates of the Rebuilding Class.
