Rebuilding at Bethel is a three part series for individuals who are experiencing the end of a committed relationship. It consists of Genesis; a weekly drop in program that is open 52 weeks of the year and is free. The second level is the Rebuilding:When Your Relationship Ends class. This 10 week class is based on the book by the same title and the ten week program is offered four times a year. The third part of the program is Movin' On and it is social networking group for graduates of the Rebuilding Class.

A ten week class for adult women or men. The women's class -Beyond the Looking Glass is offered on Wednesday evenings and the men's class - Quest- is offered on Monday evenings. The classes cover the basic concepts of healthy self-esteem and take a mindfulness approach to building and maintaining shared power in relationships at work, with family or with a partner.
