My therapy style is friendly, casual, non-judgmental, and filled with humor and normalization. I often come from the view point of radical acceptance of who we are and what we are doing right in this moment.
I use Internal Family Systems, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and attachment theory to build a framework, but am eclectic in nature-- meaning I use the approach that best suits your needs and is tailored to you as an individual.
