Accepting new clients! My work is rooted in the belief that we have an innate ability to heal, grow, and flourish through life's challenges- and we deserve support as we endure. I use a trauma-informed lens as I focus on each client uniquely, knowing that therapy looks and feels different for everyone. The base of our work starts with building safety and trust. I tend to have clients guide us as I draw on deep listening, active processing of emotions, somatic work, family systems exploration, and understanding of societal impact. I also enjoy opportunities to help you learn tools of care, self-compassion, and emotional regulation.
This work is profoundly important to me and I would be honored to sit with you, hear your story, and co-create the therapeutic process you crave. I accompany those who may experience anxiety, depression, relational challenges, life transitions, food/body image, insecure attachments, low self-esteem, neurodivergence, loss, grief, and trauma/complex trauma.
My methods are eclectic and pull from Emotion-Focused Therapy, Internal Family Systems, feminist theory, DBT, Embodiment work, Inner-child work, and Psychodynamic practices.
