I work with individuals of all gender expressions and with relationships, including non-romantic duos (i.e. friendships). Folks I sit with may struggle with relationship problems, family/childhood trauma, depression/anxiety, or self-esteem. They might navigate loss, shame, or grief, or challenges related to identity and life transition. With duos, I specialize in patterns of misunderstanding, betrayal, or hurt. I welcome monogamous couples and folks in CNM structures. My approach is trauma-/systems-informed and relational. Our sessions will respond to what you need and want from this space - no one approach fits all.
In our sessions, we will attend to a constellation of feelings, thoughts, and behaviors, and try to make sense of where they come from, how they might protect you, and how they impact your life. Our collaborative process will allow us to gently explore past wounds, recognize old and current patterns, and find new ways of being in order to heal and grow.
I invite you to reach out whether you are experienced with therapy or starting for the first time. In the therapeutic role, I bring my whole self, embracing humor, gentleness, and curiosity. This human experience can be pretty hard, and you don’t have to face it alone. Big feelings always welcome.
