I specialize in working with folks experiencing life transitions, grief & loss, anxiety, depression, and supporting clients who desire a greater sense of overall well-being and ease in their lives. I love working with teens, adults, and the queer community. I love to work with gender-expansive, non-binary, and trans youth and to support their families.
I believe that all humans are worthy of dignity and deserve to be treated with respect, and that life is a gift- although sometimes life doesn't feel like a gift, it just sucks!
