IN-PERSON and virtual appts available. I offer a short, free in-person or virtual consultation. I bring an engaged, curious and direct approach with a warmth and sense of humor that clients often tell me they enjoy. I love supporting individuals through conflicts with family, friends, or work, and helping them gain deeper self-understanding while healing from trauma. With specialized training in EMDR and parts work/IFS, I offer gentle, evidence-based care for trauma recovery. My practice is neurodiversity affirming and fat positive.

I believe that when someone is fully heard and understood, it makes it easier for them to gain agency into their own psychological healing. I use inner child work and mindfulness in my practice to help clients gain a deeper understanding of themselves and express needs. I'm committed to my continued education and engagement around race, power and privilege.

It takes a tremendous amount of courage to begin the process of therapy, and I’m honored to provide my clients with the support, compassion, and confidentiality to explore themselves and their lives.
