I made the conscious choice to re-enter the mental health field after earning a Psychology degree in 2002, working several years in another profession, and raising a family. I later earned a master’s degree in Marriage & Family Therapy and another master's degree in Professional Counseling. I am passionate about helping clients navigate depression, anxiety, addiction, and other challenges. My approach to therapy includes maintaining hope while identifying unhealthy thought patterns, habits, and beliefs. I help my clients develop healthier coping and communication skills. I enjoy working with individuals, couples, and families!
When life's challenges knock us down, these experiences can leave us feeling hopeless and stuck. There is another option - the path to personal growth and deeper meaning in our lives. Reach out for a 15-minute consultation to see if we are a good fit.
