I strive to provide a warm, welcoming space for clients to feel safe and supported throughout their therapeutic journey. I believe the process of becoming our authentic and genuine selves requires honesty and vulnerability. I consider it an honor to walk alongside clients exploring generational cycles of pain, trauma, and unhelpful patterns to assist them in creating more fulfilling and peaceful lives. I am an LGBTQ+ affirming counselor and place great weight on advocacy and acceptance, both personally and professionally.
I have an extensive history working with addictions, including sex and love addictions, and have helped my clients gain insight and healing from profound traumas and improve their lives in sobriety. I utilize a variety of therapeutic approaches including trauma focused therapy, EMDR, mindfulness, and other client-centered interventions.
