TEEN & ADULTS- Welcome! I'm passionate about working with individuals and their families going through tough life transitions including High School, college, adjustments and more. I work closely with those struggling with social and family issues including but not limited to body image, self esteem, anxiety and difficult relationships that just don't seem to be getting better. This time of life is hard! My goal is to create an authentic counseling space for clients to be able to openly express their voice and to be listened to fully. It is my hope for this space to lead to healing and growth towards your goals.
I work within the Person-Centered approach meaning I thoroughly assess the client's presented struggles, background and personal goals for therapy in effort to understand the client fully. With each person being unique I like to integrate other therapeutic approaches including CBT, Narrative, Biblical and more to provide the best support for each individual.
Therapy can be scary especially if it is brand new experience or hasn't worked in the past. It is my hope to bring a partnership into your processing so that you can feel supported and understood, always. I have personally been through therapy and am able to empathize with what client's can experience as they search for healing. You're not alone.
