While we can't change difficult situations of the past, we can work together to better understand, process, and resolve challenges in your life. By applying complementary therapy approaches or EMDR techniques, we will unearth long-standing behavior patterns or negative perceptions that may be holding you back from experiencing a more fulfilling & meaningful life.

I have a strong background working with individuals struggling with substance abuse, and mental health issues (i.e. anxiety, depression, anger). I am EMDR trained and specialize in trauma treatment, and working with people experiencing a disability. I am a national certified counselor and a master certified addiction professional.
