My goal is to provide a supportive, safe, and non-judgmental space for my clients to explore their journey of self-awareness, change, and transformation. I have training in holistic and integrative practices, incorporating yoga, mindfulness, breath-work, and meditation. I believe the mind, body, and soul are interlaced and therefore counseling should address the full self.
I bring 8 years of experience working with children, teens, adults, and families. I received my Masters degree in Holistic Counseling from Lesley University in Cambridge, Massachusetts. I have worked in addiction treatment, crisis intervention, trauma & grief therapy, family systems therapy, and child play therapy.
I respect you for having the courage it takes to reach out for help. Moving through discomfort, pain, and sadness so that healing, empowerment, and relief can bloom. We can work together to help you navigate the rough patches in life. You do not need to live a life of suffering, there is hope and healing within your reach.
