I offer a safe, trauma-informed, and comforting counseling space where we can explore what you desire and how to get there. In session, I use a mixed psychodynamic approach informed by ACT, CBT, IFS, ISTDP, EFIT, and IFIO, and we’ll work at your pace to overcome obstacles and create lasting change.
We will be a fantastic team if you are someone who feels they want guidance to explore their understanding of, impact in, and growth possibilities both in relationships and for themselves.
