We’ll combine talk therapy with techniques to calm the nervous system so you can experience more peace in your body and mind. We’ll consider how your relationships can better contribute to your wellbeing, even in the hardest of times. As a therapist in a fat body, I also prioritize a body liberation, Health at Every Size, and disability justice approach.
