In our lives we juggle multiple relationships/ roles every day; our relationship to friends, family, our significant others, & co-workers/ teachers. Let's not forget the relationship to ourselves, one of the most important relationships we can have! Sometimes it is overwhelming trying to be the best that we can be. Sometimes we settle for just getting by. That is okay, to a point. However, when we do not feel like ourselves, or our relationships start changing, feeling stressed, or off track, to a point that it is influencing other parts of our lives that is where I can help.

Together we will learn to acknowledge your strengths & embrace the uniqueness of you, your life, your relationships, & circumstances. I use a variety of techniques to help provide opportunities for growth for individuals, families, & couples.
