I have over 20 years' experience treating adults and adolescents experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, and relationship problems. If you are feeling anxious or depressed, there are proven ways to control overwhelming feelings. My clinical training in psychoanalysis helps my clients explore their feelings, behaviors and relationships patterns to overcome feelings that leave them stagnant, sad, and frustrated.

My continuing education training includes treating anxiety, depression and ADHD through behavior therapy, mindfulness practices and psychoanalysis. These techniques are effective for adolescents and adults. I have extensive experience working with school personal, providing consultation for school avoidant behaviors and ADHD.

I am conveniently located on Route 23 in Pompton Plains, NJ and 1401 Valley Road Wayne, NJ. I am willing to meet with you through teletherapy and/or in person.
