I tailor my approach to therapy based on the individual needs of my clients. Clients know themselves the best and offers valuable insight into their treatment goals. It is my goal to create a non-judgmental and safe space for every client I meet.
I am working toward specialization in anxiety, depression, eating disorders, and trauma. I work with adolescents and adults. I am available through telehealth and in-person at our North Aurora location. A strong therapeutic relationship coupled with evidence based treatment approaches tailored to each individual client is a recipe for success in my book.
I am an empathic, warm-hearted, and genuine therapist that really does care about the overall well-being of my clients.
