Groups
ADHD Skills Training Group for Adults
This group empowers participants through psychoeducation and skills training to equip individuals with ADHD with the tools and strategies to navigate their daily lives effectively. The supportive group setting will allow for shared experiences and mutual encouragement, fostering a sense of community. This group is for Illinois residents over the age of 18 struggling with ADHD who are motivated to gain new skills to manage their symptoms. This is a virtual 14-week group. We accept BCBS and LCLC HMO. We offer sliding scale fees. This group begins in January and will occur weekly on Tuesdays from 5-6:30PM.
