Many of my clients have tried traditional talk therapy before, but felt it didn't go deep enough or actually change anything. Others need the trustworthy, safe, and affirmative space they didn't have in childhood. My style is loving and experiential. I hold space for the emotional experimentation and learning that leads to long-term change.
I specialize in treating attachment trauma, CPTSD and ADHD. My somatic therapy approach helps clients to safely restore connection with their bodies, nervous systems, and embodied memory and intuition. I help clients to identify, release, and replace early survival beliefs and behaviors with more flexible and mature self-care strategies.
