You are at a loss of how to help your child. They are struggling in school, isolating from you or the family, or displaying difficulty in adjusting to a change in your family (changing schools, moving, new diagnosis of a family member, grief, etc.) You so deeply want your child to be able to look back and say they had a happy childhood- perhaps so different than your own experience growing up. You long to be able to have your family communicate effectively, enjoy time spent together, and find connection after stressful experiences.

Our therapists are trained to support individuals in processing deep emotional experiences, including those that have been tucked away for years, in a way that feels individualized and safe. We can help you reconnect to yourself and others through a variety of individual, family, and couples therapy techniques (EFT, EMDR, Gottman, family therapy, etc.).

You want a therapist who will support you in reconnecting to parts of yourself that feel lost, shifting from self-hate to self-compassion, and establishing a renewed sense of inner safety.
