My job is to listen deeply to the sudden or persistent challenges that have come up in your life, work and relationships in order to bring more ease, clarity, and growth. During periods of pain & uncertainty, having support from a therapist can help you develop a fuller understanding of yourself and the steps needed to gain the sense of well-being you seek. This is especially true if you are feeling stuck in your relationships, overwhelmed by life, or seeking a deeper sense of meaning. Adults, couples and older teens are all welcome.

I work especially well with the impact that grief, relational trauma, anxiety, depression, and big life transitions are having on your life. 10 years in somatic & mindfulness practices combined with an education analytic approaches have given me a broad and unique perspective on what it means to grow, heal and change.

Therapy is not something that is done to you, like a medical procedure. It is a collaborative process that we will undergo together. And you are a huge part of the process.
