We are in the midst of great change, which can bring uncertainty and feelings of anxiety. Any grief, life transitions, relational issues, anxiety, depression or old patterns you were already dealing with, may feel compounded by the current climate. Therapy can help you stay connected and gain much needed support and perspective. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW no. 104585), and bring a strengths-based and person-centered approach to my clients. I'm accepting new clients on private pay basis.
My style is compassionate, humanistic, direct, and led by the belief that we ALL have tools to improve our experience. I am most interested in the patterns and narratives we can get stuck in, and partnering with clients to discover their own unique tools to help create the kinds of change they desire.
I create a safe space for you, even through video, to explore whatever is coming up for you right now. I have worked with ages 14- 90, am an LGBTQI and social justice ally, and continue the hard work of cultural humility. Please reach out if you would like to connect or share my contact info if you feel someone else could use support right now.
