My approach is interactive and includes feedback, reflection, challenge, and humor. I specialize in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and other evidenced based treatments. I also offer coaching.
I have specialized training and experience in DBT, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), executive functioning coaching for ADHD, and mindfulness based approaches. Boundary work is another big portion of my practice. As a certified yoga teacher, I have a holistic lens and a deep understanding of the connection between physical, mental, and emotional health.
