I have years of experience treating depression, anxiety, and borderline personality disorders, and I take the time needed to build a trusting relationship to ensure we are meeting your specific needs and goals.
I am a psychodynamic therapist, but I don’t believe you need to be in therapy for the rest of your life. My goal is to provide personalized help, create actionable and achievable goals, and teach effective skills. Through our time together, I want to work myself out of a job because you’ve utilized those abilities to better manage those challenges.
