I enjoy working with individuals, couples, and families of all cultural identities. I I draw from a variety of perspectives to inform how I work with clients, and I adjust my approach based on the needs and goals of each client. I often work with clients suffering from mood disorders, such as anxiety and depression. I also support clients around issues including life transitions, difficulties in the family system, loss and grief, gender-based issues, and traumatic experiences. However, I can support a wide range of psychological challenges, including ones not listed here, so please call with any questions.
I take a client-centered approach to therapy. My therapy is always trauma informed, and I am trained in Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, a somatic model that can be utilized to work through the chronic effects of trauma. If you are interested in learning more about this approach, please let me know.
I am out on maternity leave at this time, and will not be accepting new counseling clients until the second half of 2022. Imaintain a waitlist through my website, but encourage potential clients to pursue working with another therapist in the meantime. I will be facilitating groups starting in January of 2022. Check my website for more information.

Groups
Navigating Life Transitions
This six-week group will help you build an understanding of the psychological, emotional, and physical impacts of going through transitions. We experience transitions regularly throughout our lives, but most often we do not have the time, nor tools to process how they impact us. These changes affect our identity, functioning, relationships, work life, personal growth, and sense of well-being. Whether you perceive transitions as exciting, difficult, or both, this group will help you build awareness to understand and navigate these situations. You will learn new tools while connecting with others who are also seeking to build similar skills.
