Hello Beautiful Person! I am dedicated to helping you on your healing journey. I am licensed in Texas as a psychotherapist and addictions counselor. Through my personal experience with psychedelic medicine, I have seen my life change in a drastic but positive way. I am a person who has experienced an eating disorder, anxiety, depression and trauma. I am on a healing and enlightenment journey of my own. My office is conveniently located in West Houston which is easily accessible to Sugarland, Katy and Southwest Houston.
I am a certified Clinical Hypnotherapist, Certified Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapist (KAP) and a certified DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy) therapist. I utilize Motivational Interviewing and Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT). In addition, I address issues including depression, anxiety, trauma, eating disorders and difficult life transitions.
I am passionate about helping others regain their passion and purpose for living. In my free time, I enjoy running and yoga. I am a mother and a committed partner to my supportive husband.
