Are you struggling with being true to yourself and your relationships in a world that feels demanding and overwhelming with outside expectations? I want to help empower you. I challenge oppressive systems and scripts so all people can be accepted as they are. My experience has primarily been helping teens and their families to tackle challenges brought on by anxiety, depression, traumas, grief, ADHD, parent/child conflicts, peer concerns, as well as identity work and self actualization. I've also worked with couples through challenging unproductive interaction patterns to build healing and supportive connections. I am self pay only.
I work to empower all people to become their authentic selves within their support systems and relationships. You are your expert. I use an integrated approach, informed by narratives, to explore how you have been informed by societal expectations in ways that don't align with who you are and help you to challenge these by living into your truths.
I want you to discover your truest self. I want to help those of you who feel lost, grief-stricken, overwhelmed, confused, pressured, and stuck to expand your lens, find your truths, be empowered and supported in challenging expectations and scripts that may no longer work for you. I see your value in who you are as you are and want to empower you.
