I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional who specializes in relational/complex trauma and attachment. Using psycho-education about trauma, your nervous system, EMDR and somatic approaches; I help you understand the ways your trauma has impacted you, how some of your symptoms are your body's way of protecting you and how to heal and find joy.
