My therapeutic experience encompasses clients that may be experiencing: anxiety, depression, career transitions, life transitions, mood disorders and/or personality & behavioral changes caused by everyday life stressors, sexually transmitted infections/diseases, grief, trauma, financial burdens, conflict with interpersonal relationships and sexuality.
I use a variety of therapeutic modalities tailored to your individual healing and therapeutic goals. Modalities used include CBT, Person Centered, Solution Focused, Positive Psychology and Guided Imagery. Together we will explore, set goals and sculpt a treatment plan that cultivates and encourages your healing process.
