You feel far less productive, more irritable, frustrated, and self conscious. You might be experiencing overwhelm, stress and tension. You may just feel STUCK. You could have just gone through something that is impacting your life in a negative way. You might also find yourself getting less sleep, isolating from friends or family, and struggling to make sense of it all. All of these instances can (and DO in my experience) have an impact on anxiety, worry, and overthinking. I want to offer my services to help you get through what you're feeling right now and help you experience some relief. Change, and getting unstuck, is possible.
I am not a generalist, although I can work with people experiencing varying degrees of mental illness, I am an expert in treating anxiety disorders. For over eight years I have met my clients where they are and impacted/facilitated change. I care about the work, and I care about my clients. I offer short and long term individual therapy for people 16+.
My personal belief is that anyone can change. We are not bound to continue to experience anxiety throughout the rest of our lives. We can manage it. The 'C' word in my office is control.
