Life is often, despite our best efforts, frustratingly complex. The world buzzes with relentless motion and change, oppressive systems feel fixed and difficult to budge, and work towards healing and growth can feel daunting, if not impossible. I help adults seeking support for trauma, depression, relationships, and the seemingly endless joys, sorrows, and complexities of our modern world. I show up authentically (tattoos, cursing, love for pets) and compassionately as my full self in hopes you'll feel safe doing the same. I offer relational, trauma-informed psychotherapy. My clinical interests and past work includes working with: depression/anxiety, self-compassion, trauma (C-PTSD and PTSD), grief, adult ADHD, relationships, intellectualizing, people pleasing, and existential issues. We'll collaborate to determine the support that works best for your unique needs.
