Flow is mental health. Feeling stuck is a mental illness. My job is to help you unstuck. Trauma makes you stuck. Your brain creates defense mechanisms based on the traumatic event. Your body remembers the impact. I believe that many problems are rooted in trauma including attachment wounds. I work with anxiety, addiction, identity, unhelpful thought/behavioral patterns, cultural transition, and spiritual abuse through the lens of trauma. I attend to your body closely in the session for metabolizing your stuck feelings and thoughts. Body-mind integration brings mental health where allows a flow.
I am a certified Lifespan Integration therapist. I strongly believe in this modality and have seen great results. Lifespan Integration is a mind-body therapy that works at a deep neural level to change patterned responses and outmoded defense strategies in healing traumatic events from the past and integrating your whole self.
