Imagine if vulnerability was no longer a dirty word. Imagine if you could escape from suffering, regain control of your life, and love the life you're living. Putting your self-care at the top of your list might be just what you need to start making the changes you've been dreaming about.
I specialize in serving survivors of trauma. I work with clients to improve coping and help them to heal from the pain of traumatic events like abuse, domestic violence, addiction, disasters, first responder exposure, and other distressing events. I also help family members of trauma survivors learn to cope with their loved one's situation.
I perform comprehensive substance use disorder screenings and assessments as a NYS OASAS Certified Impaired Driver Service Provider.
