A cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) specifically designed for individuals who have survived trauma and engage in unsafe behaviors but are looking to learn and strengthen skills to improve coping with trauma-related emotions and stress. This group cohort is gender-specific. Sessions are usually 60-75 minutes and run for 12 weeks.
