My role is to provide a safe environment to facilitate healthy change. What each individual person needs will differ and I tailor my approach to meet you where you are.

We can also heal emotional trauma wounds using Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) or Deep Brain Reorienting (DBR), both of which are specialized trauma treatment modalities.
